Learn about word roots related to "abotion"

 

Objectives

Students will be able to:

  • identify word roots through affixes, prefixes, suffixes.

  • differentiate and categorize the word relationship such as synonyms, antonyms, and homographs.

 

Activities

  • Listen to a short (1 min 30 sec) news video.

  • Dictate keywords as much as possible.

  • Associate compound words using word roots in the morpheme map.

  • Expand vocabulary to its synonyms and antonyms in the morpheme map.
